We provide the food, supplies and vet care…you provide the LOVE and transportation for the rescue dog to and from adoptions. Foster agrees to bring the foster pet to and from the weekly Saturday adoption fairs, unless other arrangements have been pre-agreed upon.  Please arrive by 12pm to drop off your foster pet and arrive by 3pm for pick up.

This agreement is entered into between Noah’s Bark dog rescue and the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as “Foster”.

1. Foster agrees to give the rescued dog food, indoor shelter, any prescribed medications and kind and loving care for a limited period of time.  Foster agrees to notify Noah’s Bark dog rescue immediately if the dog escapes or becomes ill.
2. Foster understands that Noah’s Bark dog rescue may not have prior knowledge of the dog’s temperament, and will take due care to protect anyone who may come into contact with the dog from harm.
3. Foster will not seek to hold Noah’s Bark dog rescue responsible for damage to property or injury to persons or other animals.
4. Noah’s Bark dog rescue will be financially responsible for any veterinary care it deems necessary for the fostered dog at a veterinarian of Noah’s Bark dog rescue choice, if prior approval has been received from Noah’s Bark dog rescue, and if Foster’s neglect or misconduct did not cause the needed care. Our vet is Dr. Moss at Redondo Veterinary Medical Center in Redondo Beach 310 376-6056.
5. Foster agrees that any dog fostered by him/her remains the property of Noah’s Bark dog rescue, and that Foster will not relocate the dog from the primary residence of Foster or dispose of it in any manner without prior notice and approval of Noah’s Bark dog rescue.
6. Foster will return the dog to a Noah’s Bark dog rescue representative immediately upon request.
7. If Foster desires to adopt the dog, and Noah’s Bark dog rescue agrees the adoption is appropriate, Noah’s Bark dog rescue will provide an Adoption Agreement to Foster. Foster agrees to sign and return said contract within 7 days of receiving it, together with said dog’s adoption fee, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
